The mobile app is operated by the Company (referred to as "we/our/us/mobile app/website/online service/Taj). As a user (referred to as "you/your/ patients/clients") of the website you must read and acknowledge below the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). By using the online services, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Read carefully before using the online service. If you do not agree (or cannot comply with) any of the Terms and Conditions, do not use the online services.

tajdigitalhealth.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia

TAJ makes this app available for the sole purpose of facilitating communications between health services providers and consumers who choose to use the online service. Under NO condition TAJ is liable for the consultancy advice of the Doctors or consultants. TAJ Only provides a platform of communication and connects members ( Patients or Clients ) with registered / Certified Doctors & Consultants. Members using the TAJ accepts that any advice provided by the Doctors/Consultants are only between them and Members ( Patients / Clients ) and TAJ under NO circumstances may be liable for it. Therefore, members agree that under NO condition they can take any legal action against TAJ or any of the staff for the advice and consultancy of the Doctors/ Consultants.


YOUR USE OF TAJ
Interaction with health services providers using TAJ is not intended to take the place of appointments with your regular primary care provider. If you do not have an established relationship with a primary care provider, you are encouraged to develop one. Do not disregard medical advice from your regular doctor or other health professional because of information provided by a health services provider via TAJ.

TAJ is not licensed to practice medicine and does not render medical care or medical advice.
Neither TAJ, nor any of its licensors or suppliers, shall be liable for any advice obtained from a health service provider using TAJ. TAJ does not recommend or endorse any specific providers, tests, medications, products or procedures. All services or recommendations made by a health service provider are based on their independent professional judgment.

Do not use this app for emergency medical needs, If you experience a medical emergency, call your doctor or visit hospital immediately.

INFORMATION ABOUT HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDERS
When you choose to use the TAJ digital platform you will be provided with a list of health services providers based on the selection criteria that you provide and on provider availability. The information we make available about any particular health services provider is supplied to us by that provider, and TAJ makes no warranty as to its accuracy. Users of the TAJ digital platform are ultimately responsible for choosing which health services provider to communicate with.

YOUR COMMUNICATIONS
You are responsible for your own communications using TAJ. You may not:

Communicate material that is copyrighted, without the permission of the copyright owner;

communicate material that reveals trade secrets, unless you have permission of the owner;

communicate material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;

communicate material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to any person or entity;

communicate a sexually explicit image;

communicate chain letters or pyramid schemes;

impersonate another person; or

violate the Children's On Line Privacy Protection Act.

ACCOUNT
Your account is associated with your mobile number and is verified via an OTP sent to your mobile device, this will allow you to access the TAJ digital platform. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your mobile device, and are prohibited from making available your mobile device to any third party. You agree to notify TAJ Customer Support or Admin at info@tajdigitalhealth.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your mobile device or of any need to reset or lock down the account

Payment

You may choose to pay through any available methods of payment including Credit Card, Debit Card, Mada, Digital Wallets and Direct Carrier Billing via our platform. Payments will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

TAJ reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise fees at any time at its sole discretion. TAJ may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in different amounts charged for the Services.

Refund Policy

Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by TAJ.

TAJ reserves its right to refund any amounts into the users account to be used in other services at its sole discretion.

The refund will be made through the original mode of payment

Refunds are not applicable if the User is unsatisfied with the medical service provided

A User will be entitled to a full refund if:
a) The User cancelled the reservation prior to the appointment time;
b) The Provider cancelled, or did not show-up to, the appointment for which payment was made by the User

USERS SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND FOR THE CONSULTATION FEES AND ANY EXPENSES MADE ALONG THE WAY IN THE EVENT YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH THE MEDICAL EXPERIENCE OR PROVIDER

Personally Identifiable Information (PPI) and Privacy Policy
We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your information is one of our most important assets. We store and process your information on our servers that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to your information being transferred or used in any way, please forward your request to the Company or deem not to use the website.
We do not sell or rent your information to any third parties without your explicit consent.

Registration includes the information (your information) that you need to provide us to deal with us and also to contact you. We also collect information about the consultations you make, insurance data and prescription data. You agree that we may use (and update) your information to manage your registration and to control your identity during the use of our online services.
The details provided by you during registration will be protected in accordance with our PPI and Privacy Policy. Your information will form part of a record of your dealings with us. If you use online services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your phone/computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
The online services assumes no liability to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you in protecting your account. Any suspicious activities on your account shall be notified by contacting us immediately through contacting us. Click on “Contact Us” within the mobile app

Electronic Communication
As you use online services and communicate with us electronically, you also consent to receive communications from us electronically, by means of emails, newsletter or by posting notices such as disclosures on the website/mobile app. You agree that any communication that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement, as in writing.
We may monitor, record, store and use any telephone, email or other electronic communications with your information for training purposes, to check instructions given to us and to improve the quality of our patient services.

TERMINATION
TAJ may terminate any user's right to use this app at any time. TAJ reserves the right to block, delete or stop the uploading of materials and communications that it in its sole discretion finds unacceptable for any reason. If your right to use this app ends, you shall make no further use of this app or any information obtained from this app. If you find that you have been terminated, you may contact TAJ Customer Support at info@tajdigitalhealth.com for further information.

LINKING TO OTHER APPS/SITES
From time to time we will provide links to other apps/websites, not owned or controlled by TAJ. We do this because we think this information might be of interest or use to you or where, as a user, we can provide you with value-added services. While we do our best to ensure your privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of other apps/sites. A link to a non-TAJ app/website does not constitute or imply endorsement by TAJ.
Additionally, we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of information presented on non- TAJ apps/websites. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any app/website you visit.

APPROPRIATENESS OF CONTENT
This app is not intended to attract children under the age of 18. Children under 18 must be enrolled on the app under their parent or guardian’s account as a dependent. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for being present with their minors when using the TAJ app.

NO LIABILITY FOR COMPUTERS AND NETWORKS USED TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT
We are only responsible for the security of the computer systems we own and operate. TAJ shall have no liability for information about you stored or recorded by any computer or mobile device or any network, whether public or private, that you may use to access TAJ.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to access or use the TAJ digital platform for an unlawful or illegitimate purpose. You shall not attempt to disrupt the operation of the services or the TAJ system. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user accounts or computer systems or networks.

OPERATION AND RECORD RETENTION
TAJ reserves complete and sole discretion with respect to the operation of TAJ. TAJ may withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or feature of the services. TAJ is responsible for maintaining data arising from use of the services, but does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the data stored. TAJ reserves the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications and materials posted or uploaded to the TAJ system pursuant to its internal record retention and/or destruction policies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All of the content available on or through TAJ app/website is the property of TAJ or their licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. We give you permission to display, download, store and print the content only for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the content received using the TAJ digital platform to anyone. All software and accompanying documentation made available for download from the TAJ app/website is the copyrighted work of TAJ or its licensors. All other brands and names are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the TAJ app/website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this app/site without the express written permission of TAJ, or any other party that may own the trademark.
Subject to these terms and the TAJ User Agreement, TAJ hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the software, network facilities, content and documentation on and in the TAJ app/website to the extent, and only to the extent, necessary to access and use the TAJ digital platform for your personal use.

TAJ and its licensors and suppliers are not responsible for any claims you may have against any medical professionals, suppliers of products or other persons, institutions or entities identified in whole or in part through this app/website.
No Warranties. THE APP/SITE, SERVICES, CONTENT AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." TAJ, ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TAJ, ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE INFORMATION IN, OR LINKS OR SEARCHES CONDUCTED THROUGH THIS APP/SITE IS COMPLETE, EXHAUSTIVE, RELIABLE, CURRENT OR ACCURATE. NO CLAIMS OR ENDORSEMENTS ARE MADE FOR ANY DRUG, HERB, SUPPLEMENT, COMPOUND, THERAPY, OR TREATMENT.

INDEMNIFICATION
Without limiting the generality or effect of other provisions of this Agreement, as a condition of use, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAJ and its licensors and suppliers and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and their officers, directors, affiliates, subcontractors, agents and employees (collectively, "Indemnified Parties" and each, individually, an "Indemnified Party") against all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (including attorney's fees) incurred by any Indemnified Party in connection with any third party claims arising out of: (i) your use of the TAJ and/or your receipt of services; (ii) your failure to comply with any applicable laws and regulations; and (iii) your breach of any of your obligations set forth here. You shall not settle any such claim without the written consent of the applicable Indemnified Party.

TAJ may revise, modify or amend the information contained on this page at any time without notice. Any such revision, modification or amendment shall be effective immediately upon either posting it to this app/website or otherwise notifying you.

ONLY DOCTORS/CONSULTANTS ARE LIABLE FOR THEIR ADVICE & CONSULTANCY. BY USING THIS APP YOU PROVIDE CONSENT AND AGREES NOT TO TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST TAJ, ITS DIRECTORS, PARTNERS OR STAFF FOR ANYTHING. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND RE-CHECK WHERE YOU BELIEVE THAT MEDICAL ADVICE OR CONSULTANCY MAY NOT BE CORRECT.
