2When should I use TAJ?
If you are short on time, but know you need medical care. If you are without insurance when you don’t want to pay a high consultation price. To request a prescription refill when appropriate. Instead of going to urgent care or the ER for a non-emergency issue. If you are unable to get an appointment with your primary care physician, if you have recently moved, and have not established a primary care physician, if traveling and in need of medical care.
3Who are your practitioners?
TAJ provides a digital platform for medical practitioners to utilize their idle capacity. All our practitioners have a valid MOH certifications. On average our practitioners have over 5 years of medical experience. Their specialties include internal medicine, emergency medicine and family medicine.
4What are TAJ operating Hours?
Sickness doesn’t sleep, and neither do we. We plan to make TAJ available 24/7, even on holidays. In our initial phase we will cover 12-16 hours daily.
5Can my TAJ medical practitioners write me a prescription?
Yes. When medically necessary, our practitioners will submit a digital prescription for purchase and pick-up at your local pharmacy/lab. Please be informed that TAJ is not a replacement for your primary care physician or annual office check-ups. TAJ is not an online pharmacy. When medically necessary, your prescription will be electronically sent to the local pharmacy of your choice and you may access a copy of the exam for your medical records through your patient profile.
6Can my child or other family member use my account for a visit?
Yes, you can create sub-profiles for any children, dependents, or spouses. This is to ensure that each person has his/her own medical profile and medical history.
7Can I order lab tests through TAJ?
Yes, our Practitioners can order lab tests as part of the consultation that are relevant to primary care scope
8How is my information stored?
All data entered within our application is securely and privately stored. All your important data are protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol—the same type of security used by banks. Our servers are housed in world-class, highly secure data centers utilizing state-of- the art electronic surveillance and multi-factor access control systems. Data centers are staffed 24×7 by trained security guards, and access is authorized strictly on a least privileged basis. Additional, environmental security measures are in place to minimize disruptions to operation.
9What are the requirements for using TAJ?
You need the following: 1- 3G/4G enabled smart phone 2- 3G/4G data connection.
